These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Midread website and the QR Code App (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, phishing, or spam.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Infringe the intellectual property or rights of others.

3. QR Codes You Create

You are responsible for the content you encode and the destinations your QR codes point to. You retain ownership of the content you provide.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by Midread and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Midread will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
